My Interview Map (myinterviewmap.com) helps you prepare for interviews by turning your context — profiles, job descriptions, company research, and notes — into a personal prep workspace. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — such as your name, email address, and password when you register.
• Interview prep content — LinkedIn URLs, job descriptions, company details, uploaded documents, and other inputs you provide to build your map.
• Generated content — topic pages, cards, keywords, and layouts created from your inputs.
• Payment information — if you purchase credits, payment processing is handled by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage and technical data — such as browser type, device information, IP address, and how you interact with the service, used to operate and improve the product.

How we use your information

• Provide, maintain, and personalize your interview prep workspace.
• Generate and store your map content using the inputs you supply.
• Process payments and manage AI credit balances.
• Send account-related messages such as password resets or security notices.
• Improve reliability, security, and product features.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

AI and third-party services

To generate cards, keywords, and related content, we may send portions of your interview context to AI and infrastructure providers. We use these services to deliver the product you request. We also use third-party providers for authentication, hosting, analytics, and payments. These providers process data according to their own policies and our agreements with them.

Data retention

We retain your account and workspace data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request account deletion from your dashboard settings. When you delete your account, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Security

My Interview Map is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
