Agreement

By accessing or using My Interview Map at myinterviewmap.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

My Interview Map is a personal interview preparation workspace. You provide context about your interview — such as profiles, job descriptions, company research, and documents — and the service helps organize that information into topic pages, cards, talking points, and recall tools. Features may include AI-assisted generation, credit-based usage, and demo or sample content for evaluation.

Your account

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information and materials you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and use that content solely to operate and improve the service — including generating AI-assisted outputs you request. You represent that you have the right to submit the content you provide and that doing so does not violate any third party's rights or applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without permission.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service in abusive ways.
• Upload malware or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as guaranteed interview outcomes.

AI-generated content

Outputs generated by AI may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.My Interview Map is a preparation aid, not a guarantee of interview performance or hiring decisions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated content before relying on it.

Payments and credits

Some features require purchased AI credits or paid plans. Prices and credit consumption are shown before purchase where applicable. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable once credits are delivered or consumed.

Demo and sample content

Demo maps and sample personas are fictional and provided for illustration only. They are not based on real individuals or employers unless you supply that information in your own workspace.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY INTERVIEW MAP AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account from your settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
